Clancy: Welcome back.

On the Battlefield

Brandon: Possumare, come on out! (throws Possumare's pokeball)

Possumare: Possu Possumare!

Clancy: Flirus, standby for battle! (releases a Flirus onto the field)

Brandon: Possumare Quick Attack!

Flirus: (uses Double Team)

Brandon: We've seen This Trick before! Spinning Iron Tail!

Possumare: (spins around with Iron Tail, hitting every copy and the real Flirus)

Nami: *Kakkoi....

Clancy: Focus Team Strategy!

Flirus: (DoublteTeams, sending Dupes all over the field that all begin to build up for Focus punch attacks)

Clancy: Can you crush all of these dupes before it's too late?

Brandon: Actually yeah. Batter Up!

Possumare: (hits the ground with iron tail then slams all the debris around the field, taking out the duplicates but not before Flirus begins to charge) Possu?

Flirus: Bzzzz (Hits Possumare)

Possumare: Possu!

Brandon: Possumare!

Flirus: Bzz...

Possumare: Pos...s-su....Maaaaa (Starts to glow)

Nami: *stops eatting for a second* eh? what's going on?

Possumaul: aaaaauuul! Maul Possumaul! (Swaggers)

Flirus: (becomes confused)

Possumaul: Possume! (leaps up and comes down Iron Tail, further disorienting it)

FLirus: (flies around into everything eventually fainting) @.@ Bzt bzzt bzzzzzzz...

Brandon: Yes! One down, one to go. Show me the Arbeetle!

Clancy: Yeah...no.

Nami: *loud enough for Clancy to hear* Eh? why not?

Clancy: Because I had something else in mind. Come on out Beetelord! (throws a a pokeball)

Brandon: Ah dern.


You Are Battling Beetelord

Nami: *giggles a little and eats a litte more of her ramen*

Brandon: Possumaul, Iron Tail!

Possumaul: (swaggers, confusing Beetelord then tries to get close enough for iron tail)

Clancy: (smirks) Rock Tomb

Beetelord: (tries to slam the ground but trips itself up in its confusion hurting itself but its so huge, it hits Possumaul too)

Possumaul: POSSUME! Possu..Possumaul @.@

Brandon: Ergh...

Nami: Eh..... This isn't lookin' good...

Brandon:Amby.

Amby: (hops onto the field) Amby Am!

Brandon: Ready when you are, Clancy!

Clancy: Arbeetle! Sandstorm!
Arbeetle: Aarrrr! *A barrage of sand comes up and Amby is buffeted by it and Arbeetle disappears in the veil of sand*

Brandon: Trying to beat us with our own trick? Amby, spin cycle time!

Amby: Amby Am! (starts running around in circles with quick attack, whipping up a tornado that sucks in the sand)

Brandon: Ember on the Tornado!

Amby: AaaaaaaamBY! (breathes embers into the tornado that set it ablaze)

Clancy: Rock Tomb!
Arbeetle: *drops rocks down onto itself protecting it from the ember tornado*

Brandon: Amby, it's closed in!

Amby: Am! (leaps up then uses quick attack and slams into Beetelord's horn)

Clancy: Throw it back!
Clancy: *when Amby hits its horn it slams it back into a tree*

Brandon: (Realizes something) Amby, stand in front of a tree!

Amby: (sits there like a bull's-eye) Am?

Brandon: Ember!

Amby: amByyyyyy(uses Ember to hit Beetelord and try making it angry)

Clancy: Calm yourself, Arbeetle. Use Rock Tomb!
Arbeetle: *throws rocks at Amby destory the tree and hitting Amby*

Brandon: That's it! Quick Attack!

Amby: (runs directly up to Beetelord then jumps up using its horn)

Brandon: My Forecast for the day, cloudy with a chance of Ember!

Amby: (Rains Ember down on Beetelord)

Brandon: Now Quick attack!

Amby: (uses quick attack and lands on Beetelord's horn, slamming it into the ground then jumps out of the cloud of smoke breathing heavily and noticable scratched up)

Clancy: That was probably the lamest one liner ever...
Arbeetle: Arrrrr..beet...
Clancy: Arbeetle Return *holds up a pokeball and Arbeetle goes back inside* Congratulations, you've won your first gym badge. *holds up the badge*
