Plator City

Plator Town - Gym: Dark - This is the oldest town in the region. It's notorious for a mysterious group of bandits stopping by and stealing anything they. Fortunately, the gym leader is plenty tough enough to handle them should they show up. This town is also the home of an ancient site with many ruins which the leader studies ofter. The Pokeathlathon Stamina Courses are held here.

Brandon: Hm. This is a pretty big place for the oldest city in Shuinn.

Zak: Do...something I guess.

Machop: (uses Foresight on Uni then flexes) Machop.

Ian: I learned this from you! Karate Chop the ground to make a shockwave!

The shockwave knocks Machop over.

Ian: Now!

Uni uses low kick and karate chop multiple times on Machop.

Ian: Run and use focus energy!

Machop: (dodges as many as it can then uses its highly developed leg muscles to leap high up on the sky while focusing energy then comes down with Karate chop and the two chops collide.)

Both pokemon jump back

Machop: (breathing heavily) Ma Ma Ma.

Zak: Hm...

Brandon: Hm? (thinks) Wonder which one'll fall first?

Ian: Low kick!

Uni knocks Machop down with Low Kick, upped by focus energy. Now, Karate chop!

Machop: (uses its own low kick to trip Uni up then wobbily stands) Mach-chop.

Zak: Hm...That's enough. (calls machop back in) You did good, buddy.

Ian: You too, Uni. Return! Good battle, Zak.

Brandon: Good. Now that that's over, I'm heading to the gym. (walks off) See you guys unless you want to come with.

Ian: Nah, I'm gonna go train.

Shay: I'll watch. I gotnothing else to do....
Amby: Am!
Shay: (Wals to the gym with Brandon)

At the Gym

Brandon: I'm here to challenge the Gym Leader.

Darkiah: My brother's out. (steps out) But he left me in charge to battle for him.

Brandon: In that case, I challenge you to a gym battle.

Darkiah: (holds up four pokeballs) Fine. The rules are simple. This will be a Double Battle, Four on Four Match.

Brandon: I'm ready when you are. A2, Flareor, let's show her what we're made of! (throws two pokeballs)

Darkiah: Murkrow, Mightyena, it's fightin' time! (throws two pokeballs)

Ian: *goes to edge of Mount Dracorian*

Shayleen: (Watches from the side) with Amby next to her) ....

Flareor: (hits the ground)

Brandon: Wow, she's tough. Flareor, get up.

Flareor: (rolls back over to rightside up)

Brandon: Ember!

Flareor: (uses Ember to try and hit the evasive Mightyena)

Brandon: A2, keep spark-punching!

Batricity-A2: Bay! (hits Murkrow with a finish up Spark punch and takes it out)

Murkrow: Krooow @.@

Flareor: (gets thrown against the wall by Dark Pulse) @_@

Brandon: (calls flareor back)

Darkiah: (calls Murkrow back and throws out Absol)

Absol: Sol...

Brandon: Amby.

Amby: Am!

(At last count it's Brandon: Amby and Batricity-A2 vs Darkiah: Mightyena and Absol)

Ian: *runs in and sits next to others* What'd I miss?

Nami: They're tied right now.

Mightyena: (roars above all others and starts fighting)

Juno: *stares at it*

Ian: Whoa...

Brandon: Fire Spin!

Amby: (traps Mightyena with Fire Spin then gets hit back by Absol's razor wind)

Brandon: Discharge!

Batricity-A2: (jumps into the fire spin and grabs hold of Mightyena then uses Discharge which hits every pokemon on the field)

when the flash is over, Mightyena has A2 at the wrong end of a Rock Smash attack and both pokemon fall over unable to continue

Brandon: Alright then. I'll go with Nutrinurse!

Nutrinurse: (emerges from its pokeball) Nutri!

Darkiah: (presses a button and the field changes to a huge pool with stepping stones then Darkiah tosses in a pokeball and Sharpedo emerges)

Sharpedo: Shar...

Ian: We gotta evolve you, Juno!

Brandon: Protect and Destroy!

Amby: (jumps onto Nutrinurse's stepping stone and surrounds then by fire to defend them)

Darkiah: Water Pulse! Both of you!

Sharpedo and Absol use water pulse to get rid of the flames, putting them out. But the pokemon are no longer there. Then Amby drops down on Absol with quick attack. Amby uses quick attack to run on the water as does absol. Sharpedo sees Nutrinurse then uses surf to create a massive wave. Amby leaps at Absol with quick attack and pushes it in the waves direction while Nutrinurse jumps up high.

Ian: This is intense.

Sharpedo: (jumps out of the water to use Crunch on Nutrinurse but is distrupted by a quick attack from Amby then its slammed back into the water by Nutrinurse's focus punch) @...@ Sha-ar...

Absol: (floats of to the surface) @_@ Sol...

Darkiah: Whoa. Good job. Hehe. (tosses Brandon a Carnage Badge and walks away) I'll be seeing you again kid. (thinks) Real Soon

Brandon: Alright! I got a Carnage Badge! (does Ash's pose XD)

(LOL YOU'RE GONNA HOLD DAT OVER ME? XD)

Ian: Nice Brandon! Wanna have a battle? Batricity versus Juno?

Brandon: Sure but first I'm going to head to the pokemon center. Meet me there in maybe an hour. (runs off)

Nami: (smiles and walks outside with popple and phanpy)

An hour later Brandon is stepping out of the pokemon center
