Emerald City - Gym: Ice. The gym leader here is actually quite the cold person. Lame puns aside, she'll only battle a trainer she sees as a challenge. It may be against her duties as a gym leader but she's not won a battle in some time due to her good judement. Regardless, don't think that means anything. She only loses because she knows to send trainers away for a bit to train before they challenge her. She's certainly not an easy victory. A contest hall happens to be the same building as the gym.

Ali: I think that after the next contest we'll come back here for the last one before the grand festival.

Ali: In that case, let's dig in! (starts wolfing down pancakes)

Shay: (Eats some waffles slowly and then lets out her other two pokemon so they can eat)

(Magmosaur and Aquala share one bowl, and Lucario and Flirus share another)

Ali: Nami, you may do the honors!

Nami: Kadabra, teleport!

Kadabra: (uses Teleport and gets everyone to Amari Town)

Ian: Teleporting disorients me.

A young girl walks out of the gym and looks at the group.

Girl: Hello. I'm Alice. If you're looking for a Gym Battle, the Leader isn't in. (starts walking off) Come on, Pyrumise.

Pyrumise: (walks off with Alice)

Shayleen: O-kay then, OK, I wasn't exactly paying attention, ^^' So were are we gonna be headin'?

Koalaqua: Koal?

Ali: East, along the edge of the Frozen Canyon and through Full-Moon Forest I think.

Shayleen: Ahh Ok. Let's head out though, I mean aslong as we don't have anything else to do here. (Giggles and starts walking With Koalaqua)

Ali: (walks past someone then feels a wave of power and turns around) AH! Y-y-y-you're!

Girl: Eh...so much for not being recognized...My Name is Lilian. Grass Pokemon Trainer of the Official Shuinn Elite Four.

Shay: Oh cool! If I ay ask, What are you doing here? don't get me wrong, I know the eilte four have to get some air, I'm just curious.

Koalaqua: Koal...

Lilian: The Gym Leader's a Personal Friend of mine. But when I heard she's not in, I decided to hang around and wait for her.

Zak: (starts drooling) Your preeetty.

Lilian: Uh...thank you?

Nami: If I may ask, aren't you cold in that skirt and tube top? It's Below Freezing here.

Lilian: Nah, I'm used to it.

Bellossom: Bell!

Lilian: This is my Bellossom.

Shayleen: (Puts her hand her hip and grabs Zak by the ear) Alright stupid boy, That's enough.

Koalaqua: Koal! (Jumps off Shay's shoulder)

Ian: *laughs*

Lilian: Well good luck with your Journeys. Come, Bellossom. (walks off)

Bellossom: (dances off after Lilian)

Ali: Let's go...hopefully he won't go Gaga over every girl we see along the way. (starts off to the town exit)

Shay: If he does I have a way to makehim stop. Heh. (Follows)

Ian: This'll be fun!

Ian: Well, here we are.

Brandon: Sweet! I'm headin off to the gym! (runs off)

Ali and Nami both follow.

Ian: Well, I'm gonna watch my egg.

Zak: I might go...do...something...*walks off*

Shay: (Waves and walks off to the center to relax)

Brandon: (walks into the gym) Excuse me, are you the gym leader?

Girl: (steps down and looks into Brandon's eye) MY name's Isis. Hm...you're a trainer...Looking for a challenge...Right?

Brandon: You bet!

Isis: Hm...Nope. You're no way strong enough. Come back later.

Brandon: Excuse me?

Isis: Come.Back.Later...Like when you beat my little sister.

Brandon: WHAT?!

Isis: (walks away)

Ian: *had decided to follow and laughs at Brandon* Maybe her sister is another gym leader?

Brandon: Utter one more laugh and I have Armetreo give you a nice, warm hug...Let's go. Where's the next Gym?

Ali: Orang Town back near the desert.

Brandon: ...Wonderful. (walks out of the gym) You guys comin'?
